Communications Committee
Chair: Matthew Frantz
Purpose: Support clear, consistent communication within CCSGO
What they do:
Manage the CCSGO website and social media presence
Coordinate communications between the Board and members
Support internal Board communication and transparency
Eligibility:
Open to all CCSGO members with an interest in writing, design, digital tools, or organizational transparency. Tech knowledge is great but not required!

Conference Committee
Co-Chairs: Matthew Frantz and Mark Hoffman
Purpose: Develop and support CCSGO’s Group Relations conferences.
What they do:
Identify Conference themes and opportunities and develop guidelines and structure for Conference work
Recruit and hire Conference directors for CCSGO sponsored Conferences
Provide guidance and support as a Conference unfolds
Eligibility:
Open to CCSGO members with substantial experience in Conference work, ideally across several sectors such as administration, consulting, observing, and directing. Members should have a strong understanding of Group Relations Conference dynamics and an interest in supporting the ongoing development of CCSGO’s conference program.

Membership Committee
Chair: Gary Friend
Purpose: Strengthen and grow CCSGO’s membership community.
What they do:
Welcome and engage new members
Learn what members and the broader community need from CCSGO
Plan member gatherings and social events
Maintain membership list and demographics
Eligibility:
Open to any current CCSGO member who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, or event planning. An interest in community engagement or social connection is helpful.

Program & Training Committee
Chair: Courtney Washington
Purpose: Create and support educational and experiential opportunities outside of conferences.
What they do:
Develop workshops, training series, and collaborative programs
Explore new ways to bring Group Relations learning to members and the public
Eligibility:
Open to CCSGO members interested in developing or facilitating learning experiences. Ideal for those passionate about Group Relations theory, education, or skill development.
